Sesshin

Overnight retreats for intensive Zen practice, called “sesshin,” take place at the Boundless Way Temple in Worcester, 4 times a year or more, in April, July, September, and December. They range from 3-7 daysin length.

They are a powerful way to take the next step in Zen and to connect to the power, strength, and support of the community.

If you are considering coming to your first sesshin, please talk to any Boundless Way Dharma teacher–especially if you’re feeling daunted or intimidated by the prospect. (Sesshin are much more survivable than you may imagine!)

See http://boundlesswayzen.org/calendar.htm for details and dates.
