Sesshin

Overnight retreats for intensive Zen practice, called “sesshin,” take place at the Boundless Way Temple in Worcester nearly every month, each from 2-7 days in length and offered in both online and residential formats.  Additionally, 2-day outdoor retreats are offered in May and October, and two 1-week retreat opportunities are offered during the summer residency program.

They are a powerful way to take the next step in Zen and to connect to the power, strength, and support of the community.

If you are considering coming to your first sesshin, please talk to any Boundless Way teacher or practice leader–especially if you’re feeling daunted or intimidated by the prospect. (Sesshin are much more survivable than you may imagine!)

See https://boundlessway.org/sesshin for details and dates.
